Bey365 – Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at bey365, access the platform, or use any of the available services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, or any other product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. A bey365 reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Changes take effect on the date of publication and will be communicated by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the bey365 following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use the services of bey365, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. Access by users under 18 is strictly prohibited, and any account found to contain minor's details will be closed immediately, with the balance returned to the verified account holder.
• Be an individual. Accounts created by legal entities, automated bots, or on behalf of third parties without authorization are not permitted.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. False or incomplete data may result in immediate account suspension and balance hold until the discrepancies are resolved.
• Maintain only an active account on the bey365. Users who create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose will have all accounts closed and balances forfeited.

The bey365 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal functionality being suspended.

3Permitted Use of the Platform

The bey365 is an entertainment platform intended for personal use by its users. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activities.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform or provides an unfair advantage over other users.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors. Bets placed on the basis of identifiable errors will be voided and the stake returned to the user's balance.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts, hedge betting across different accounts, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine gameplay risk.
• Share login credentials or allow third parties to use your account.
• Attempt to access systems, databases, or restricted areas of the platform without authorization.

The bey365 actively monitors platform activity to identify irregular behavior. Users found to be in violation of these rules will have their accounts closed without prior notice.

4User Account

Each user is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. The bey365 recommends using strong, unique passwords not used on any other service. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must change their password immediately and contact support.

The bey365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials. All activity performed from an authenticated account is treated as the account holder's activity.

To keep an active account on bey365, the user must log in and use the platform at least once every 12 months. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00, deducted from the available balance. Users will be notified in advance before any inactivity fee is applied.

5Deposits

The bey365 accepts deposits in BRL via the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit card, Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED bank transfer from Brazilian bank accounts including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction.
• Pix: immediate credit upon payment confirmation by the banking system.
• Boleto bancário: credited within up to 2 business days after clearance.
• Credit card: instant credit, subject to the card issuer's approval.

The bey365 only accepts deposits from accounts and cards held in the name of the registered user. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

All deposits are processed in BRL. The platform does not perform foreign currency conversion and does not accept payments in USD, EUR, or any currency other than the Brazilian real.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals on bey365 are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit whenever possible. For Pix withdrawals, processing takes minutes after the request is submitted. For TED withdrawals, the timeframe is up to 1 business day.

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00 per request.
• Bonus balances must meet rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• The bey365 may request verification documents before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain amounts, as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts whose holder is the same user registered on the bey365.

The bey365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraud while an investigation is underway. The user will be notified of the reason and the estimated resolution timeframe.

7Sports Betting

Sports Betting on bey365 cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other tournaments), MMA, UFC, basketball, volleyball, e-sports, and many other sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except where the cash out feature is available and active.
• Suspended or postponed games: if a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and the stakes returned to the user's balance.
• Abandoned games: if a match is interrupted before completion, bets will be settled based on the result at the time of interruption, in accordance with the specific rules of each market.
• Odds errors: the bey365 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical error. The user will be notified and the staked amount refunded.
• Accumulator bets: if a selection in a parlay bet is voided, the ticket will be recalculated without that selection. The total odds are adjusted proportionally.
• Minimum bet amount: R$ 2.00 per single selection.

The bey365 reserves the right to cap the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user at any time, particularly in cases of bets heavily concentrated on a single outcome.

8Casino & Games

The casino games available on bey365 — including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, crash games, and game shows — are provided by certified third-party suppliers audited by independent bodies. A bey365 does not control the outcome of games, which are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time physical processes in the case of the live casino.

• All casino game results are final once each round is completed.
• Technical failures during a round that prevent its completion will result in the wagered amount being returned to the user's balance.
• The bey365 does not guarantee specific outcomes in any casino game. The Return to Player (RTP) declared by each game is a long-term statistical average, not a guaranteed return per session.
• The betting limits for each Live Casino table are displayed on the platform before the user joins the table.

9Bonuses & Promotions

The bey365 offers a welcome bonus, seasonal promotions, and special offers for registered users. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Rollover: bonuses granted by bey365 are subject to rollover requirements (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn). The specific requirement for each bonus is detailed on the Welcome Bonus page.
• Expiry date: bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed from the balance when it expires.
• Eligibility: each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• Bonus abuse: the bey365 monitors betting patterns that suggest bonus abuse — such as hedging bets, placing wagers on low-risk events solely to meet rollover requirements, or any strategy that does not constitute genuine play. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• The bey365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users where applicable.

10Responsible Gambling

The bey365 is committed to fostering a healthy gambling environment. Sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment — they are not income-generating methods, and outcomes are always uncertain. The platform provides the following control tools, accessible directly from the user account area:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 24-hour waiting period.
• Bet limit: set a maximum stake per bet within a given period.
• Voluntary break: temporarily suspend access to your account for 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login will be blocked.
• Self-exclusion: close access to your account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed.

12Intellectual Property

Using the platform does not grant the user any license over such content beyond what is necessary for normal use of the contracted services.

Reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on content from the bey365 without express written authorization. This includes capturing and redistributing live streams of casino games or any other audiovisual content available on the platform.

13Limitation of Liability

The bey365 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from sports betting or casino games. Outcomes are random and there is no guarantee of any return.

• Errors caused by connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if bey365 had been informed of the possibility of such damages.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the bey365 for any claim related to the use of the platform will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support at suporte@bey365.asia. Any available balance (excluding unmet bonus requirements) will be returned via Pix or TED to the account holder's bank account.

The bey365 may close or suspend accounts in the following situations, without prejudice to any other applicable legal measures:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Abusive behavior toward other users or the support team.
• Identification of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal behavior.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, balances arising from irregular activity may be withheld by the bey365 for the duration of the investigation, or indefinitely in proven cases of fraud.

15Changes to Terms

The bey365 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in the services offered, applicable legislation, or platform practices. Changes will be communicated via the registered email and/or through a visible notification on the platform.

Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the effective date.

The date of the last update to these terms is shown at the top of this page and is updated with each revision.
